摘 要：
当前蛋白资源不足是阻碍我国饲养业发展的重要原因,但在农、副产品加工下脚中有大量宝贵资源未被合理利用。本文对糟渣物料的开发利用从营养成分、技术、经济等方面进行了较为全面的分析和论证。重点研究了糟渣物料脱水干燥的工艺和设备,并在实验室试验中获得了成功。

摘 要：
The inadequacy of protein resoures is a very important reason of hindering the devel-opment of our feeding industry. But there are a lot of valuable resoures which haven t been used reasonally in agricultural by-products. This paper gives a complete analysis and demonstration to the exploitation and utilization of the residue and sediment materials in respect of nutritional compositiona, technology, economy etc. The emphasis is put on drying technology and equipment about the residue materials. All these have been successful in laboratory.
