摘  要:
建立杭白菊中井冈霉素A的固相萃取的方法。比较不同溶剂对目标农药的提取效率,其中采用甲醇-水(8∶2)提取时,井冈霉素A的平均回收率最好,平均回收率在89.53%-93.73%。比较不同萃取方式的净化效率,其中用C18-HLB串联小柱固相萃取井冈霉素A的回收率效果最好,为89.43%-92.60%。选择0.5 m L乙腈进行洗脱,发现第3次洗脱后回收率稳定,在90.05%-98.04%。用建立的方法对胎菊和朵菊样品进行添加回收率试验,杭白菊鲜样及干样中井冈霉素A的添加回收率在83.02%-89.93%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.57%-2.95%。

摘  要:
A method has been developed for the extraction and purification of validamycin A from Chrysanthemum morifolium. Validamycin A was extracted with the mixture of methyl alcohol and water( 8 ∶ 2) with a better recovery rate of 89.53%-93.73%. Validamycin A was purified with C18-HLB and the recoveries were 89.43%-92.60%. Acetonitrile of 0.5 m L was used as the solvent for elution and after 3 times of elution the recovery rate reached the stable point of 90.05%-98.04%. Using the above method,the fortified recoveries of validamycin A were 83.02%-89.93%,with relative standard deviations( RSD) of 0.57%-2.95%.
