蔬菜价格形成与阐释:基于海南生产者到北京终端消费者的调查

摘  要:
以泡椒的生产流通为例,从海南农户跟踪到北京终端消费,对泡椒各生产运销主体进行调查,基本还原当前生鲜农产品生产与流通环节的成本、利润构成及分配状况,并阐释其原因。研究发现:运输环节的利润分配比例最低,生产环节倒数第二,零售环节最高;从利润率来看,批发环节最高,运输环节最低,生产环节倒数第二。主要原因为用工成本和土地租金刚性上升、流通环节多、农产品单位价值低、农产品批发市场运营费用日益提高、农民定价话语权小。

摘  要:
Based on the investigation from Hainan province to Beijing city,the article described the cost and profit of pepper from production to selling,and discovered some questions,including the profit was the lowest at the process of transport,the profit was second at the process of production,and the profit was the highest at the process of retail trade. At last,the article explained why these questions happened,and put forward some coutermeasures.
