介绍大型磷肥厂污水处理站污水处理的工艺优化方案及优化后产生的经济效益。污水处理工艺优化后,以P2O5300 kt/a的磷酸装置为例,年可回收P2O514 400 t,价值4 320万元,使磷资源得到有效利用,减少设备9台,项目投资降低500万元以上。

摘  要:
The technical optimization scheme of sewage processing,and the economic benefit after optimized in sewage processing station of phosphate fertilizer plant are introduced.After technical optimization of sewage processing,for instance 300 kt/a P 2 O 5 plant,the P 2 O 5 of 14 400 t(value 43.20 million RMB Yuan) is recycled,and phosphorus resource is effective utilized,reducing 9 equipments and saving the equipment investment of more than 5 million RMB Yuan.
