遮阴对香榧幼苗生理特性的影响

摘  要:
为研究光照对香榧幼苗生长的影响,以2年生香榧幼苗为试验材料,以自然光为对照,设置30%、50%和70%三个遮阴处理,研究香榧幼苗生理特性的变化特征。结果表明,遮阴能够显著提高香榧幼苗株高、地径和生物量,遮阴50%时效果最好;丙二醛含量随遮阴程度的增加呈逐渐下降的趋势;游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量在遮阴50%时最低;叶绿素含量和光合参数,均在遮阴50%时达到最大值。因此,遮阴50%处理有利于香榧幼苗生长。

摘  要:
In this paper, a study was made on the effects of lighting on the Chinese torreya(Torreya grandis cv. Merrilli) seedlings. 2-year-old Chinese torreya seedlings were used as the test materials and were treated with shading at 3 levels including 30% shading,50% shading and 70% shading, with the natural lighting as control, to study the changes in physiological characters of the seedlings.The results showed that shading could significantly improve the height, basal diameter and biomass of the seedlings and 50% shading had the best effects; the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) showed a decreasing trend with the increase of shading; the contents of free amino acids, soluble proteins and soluble saccharides were the lowest with 50% shading; both the content of chlorophyll and photosynthetic parameter reached the maximum with 50% shading. It can therefore be concluded that 50% shading is conducive to the growth of Chinese torreya seedlings.
