不同氯化钠浓度及pH值对半刺厚唇鱼精子活力的影响

摘  要:
分别观察不同NaCl浓度和pH值对半刺厚唇鱼精子活力的影响。结果表明:NaCl浓度为0.70%~0.75%时,精子运动时间和寿命相对较长,但浓度超过0.75%时精子活力开始受到抑制,运动能力和寿命下降;半刺厚唇鱼精子对溶液酸碱性的适应能力很弱,仅在pH6.5~7.5的溶液中有运动能力,在pH7.0溶液中运动能力及寿命最强,超出这个范围精子没有运动能力。

摘  要:
This essay is designed to observe the impects of some factors on the mobility of Acrossocheilius hemispinus in different NaCl concentrations and pH conditions .The results show that it is better for the sperm to move swiftly and has a longer life expectancy in the NaCl concentration of 0.70%~0.75% range,but the sperm motility will be inhibited over 0.75% NaCl concentration,with a decline in capacity and life expectancy.We can also conlude from the experiment that the sperm of Acrossocheilius hemispinus has a weak adaptive capacity to different pH values and appropriate movement only in pH6.5~7.5 solution.The sperm has the strongest athletic ability and life period pH7.0 solution ,if beyond this range there is no athletic ability of sperm.
