抗辛硫磷的家蝇对其他12种杀虫剂的敏感性

摘  要:
用选育法培育不同抗辛硫磷水平的家蝇 ,观察各种杀虫剂对不同抗性家蝇的毒力变化。结果表明 :对辛硫磷有较高抗性的家蝇 ,对 12种杀虫剂中的 5种敏感性大大下降 (乙酰甲胺磷、益必添、杀螟松、溴氰菊酯、残杀威 ) ,只对 3种杀虫剂的敏感性上升 (胺菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯 ) ;辛硫磷防治家蝇可以和胺菊酯、氯菊酯和氯氰菊酯进行轮用 ,不能与有机磷类杀虫剂轮用

摘  要:
The resistance of the housefly, which was collected from the field in 1998, to 13 insecticides, was measured by topical application (at LC 50 )methods. The strain of houseflies subsequently was treated with a Phoxim space spray using a laboratory method. However, the strain with high levels of resistance to Phoxim was more resistant to 5 insecticides, including 2 Pyrethroids, 2 Organophsphales and 1 Carbanmate and more susentive to 3 Pyrethroids, including Tetramethrin, Permethrin and Cypermethrin. The results suggest that using Phoxim for housefly control be helpful to 3 Pyrethroids and harmful to other Organophsphales.
