镉对背角无齿蚌组织中金属硫蛋白含量的影响

摘  要:
为研究镉(Cd~(2+))对背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana)鳃和消化腺中金属硫蛋白(MT)含量的影响,设置1个对照组和3个镉处理组(Cd~(2+)质量浓度分别为0.5,5,50 mg/L),采用镉血红蛋白饱和法分别测定Cd~(2+)处理后第1,4,7,14天和Cd~(2+)清除的第1,4,7,14天鳃和消化腺中MT的含量。结果显示,鳃MT含量在5,50 mg/L Cd~(2+)处理的不同阶段均显著或极显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),而消化腺MT含量只在第7,14天时明显上升(P<0.05,P<0.01),0.5 mg/L Cd~(2+)仅在第14天时对鳃和消化腺MT含量影响显著或极显著(P<0.05,P<0.01);移入清水后,鳃和消化腺MT含量随着时间延长逐渐回落至对照组水平,但是在后期出现了反弹。由此推断,镉处理可不同程度地诱导背角无齿蚌鳃和消化腺MT含量升高,而清除试验可能对由镉引起的诱导效应有一定的修复作用。

摘  要:
The aimof this study was toinvestigate the effect of cadnium(Cd~(2+)) on the content of metalIothionein(MT) in the gills and digestive glands of the freshwater mussel(A nodonta woodland).The freshwater mussels were exposed to different concentrations of Cd~(2+)(0,0.5,5,50 mg/L) for 14 days then moved into clean water and cultured for another 14 days.The content of MT in the tissues of the freshwater mussels was measured by Cd-Hb Saturation in different treatment period.The results showed that the content of MT in the gills was induced significantly(P < 0.05,P < 0.01) by 5 and 50 mg/L Cd~(2+) during the exposure period,while the content of MT in the digestive glands was increased notably(P<0.05,P< 0.01) only at 7 d and 14 d.The content of MT in the gills and digestive glands was induced prominentiy(P< 0.05,P< 0.01) by 0.5 mg/L Cd~(2+)merely at 14 d.After Cd~(2+) exposure for 14 days,the freshwater mussels were moved into clean water and the content of MT was decreased gradually with the extension of clean water treatment,but enhanced again at14 d(P< 0.05,P< 0.01).It is concluded that the content of MT in the gills and digestive glands of the freshwater mussels can be induced remarkably by higher concentrations of Cd~(2+) exposure(5,50 mg/L) and the toxicity effect of Cd~(2+) night be repaired by clean water exposure.But further researches are still needed to confirm the repai ri ng effect of clean water.
