正交试验优选参芪益气胶囊的提取工艺

摘 要：
目的:优化参芪益气胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以干膏收率、补骨脂素为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,优选最佳提取工艺条件。结果:影响提取工艺因素的程度依次为:A第1次提取时间>C第2次提取时间>B第1次加水量>D第2次加水量。最佳工艺条件为:第1次提取1.5 h,加水6倍量,第2次1 h,加水4倍量。结论:该工艺简便、可行,适合于工业生产。

摘 要：
Objective: To optimize the extracting procedure for Shenqi Yiqi capsule. Methods: The content of psoralen and the extraction ratio of dry extract was used as index,the optimum conditions for extracting were studied by L9(34)orthogonal test. Results: The influencing effects of factors were as follows: A>C>B>D(A: the first extraction time; B: the second extraction time; C: the first amount of water; D: the second amount of water).The optimal extracting condition were as follows: the first extraction time was 1.5 h with 6 times of water,the second extracting time was 1 h with 4 times of water. Conclusion: The optimum extracting process is reasonable,practicable,convenient,and can be applied rightly in industry production.
