茶叶产业链是茶叶生产和市场发展到一定阶段的产物。本文论述了茶叶产业链管理的必要性,从组织链、信息链、物流链和价值链四个方面归纳了国内茶叶产业链管理研究的现状、存在的问题和产业链管理的对策,期望对茶叶产业链管理研究有一定参考作用。

摘要：

Tea industry chain is a product of tea production and market development on a certain stage. This paper discusses the necessity for tea industry chain management and summarizes the research status, problems and countermeasures for tea industry chain management in China from four aspects, namely organization chain,information chain, logistics chain and value chain, expecting to provide some reference for the research of tea industry chain management.
