摘 要：
农产品科技经纪人的出现,是我国农产品市场发展的必然趋势和客观需要。但由于农技员数量逐年减少、农技培训内容陈旧、科研人员缺乏成果转化动力及资金支撑薄弱等原因,使得农产品科技经纪人面临缺位。以引进风险投资机制为对策,提出了农产品科技经纪人的价值取向。

摘 要：
The emergence of agricultural product technical brokers is the inevitable trend and objective need of the development of Chinese agricultural market.However,due to the decreasing number of agricultural technicians,obsolete training,lack of transformation drive of scientific achievements by researchers and weak support of fund and other reasons,the agricultural product technical brokers are facing with absence.The value orientation of agricultural product technical brokers was pointed out by taking introduction of venture capital as countermeasure.
