2BQD-4型气吸式精播机技术经济性能分析

摘  要：
由于制种的特殊要求,父母本要根据一定行数比进行播种。然而,目前一直无专用等制种的播种机械。2BQD-4型气吸式精密播种机既能进行大田播种又适用于制种田播种。为此,分析了2BQD-4型气吸式精播机的技术先进性能,总结出其显著特点是采用了单体传动方式和独特的双吸室结构,制造成本低,灵活性好,使用范围广。通过作业期成本计算等分析了该机的经济性能,结果表明,2BQD-4型气吸式精密播机经济性能好,既为生产企业开拓了市场,又为农民增收创造了条件。

摘  要：
Because of the special requirements of seed and seeding the parents native on a certain line spacing, there isn’t always the applicable machinery. the 2BQD-4 suction precisions seeder can be used not only for the field seeding but also for seeding on seed producing field. This article analyzes the technical advantage of the 2BQD-4 suction precisions seeder .Its remarkable characteristic was the individual transmission and the unique double suction structure was used. The seeder is low cost , good flexibility , and wide application . And this article analyzes the performance of economical through the work time cost accounting. Finally the analysis indicated the machine ' economic performance is good. The seeder has developed the market for the productive enterprise, and additionally has created the condition for the growth of farmers' income.
