原玻璃蝇节杆菌对铅离子的吸附性能研究

摘 要:
研究了海洋细菌原玻璃蝇节杆菌(Arthrobacter protophormiae)对水溶液中Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附性能,探讨了溶液酸碱度、温度、菌体浓度和接触时间等因素对去除效率的影响。利用原子力显微镜技术探测吸附前后细胞表面的变化。结果表明,该海洋菌体吸附铅离子的最佳酸碱度为p H 6,去除铅离子的最佳温度为55℃,且增大菌体浓度有利于铅离子的去除,准二级动力学模型较好地拟合了动力学数据。铅离子的吸附导致细菌细胞表面产生显著变化。

摘 要:
Biomass of Arthrobacter protophormiae was used to remove Pb(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution. The effects of solution p H, reaction temperature, biomass concentration and contact time on Pb( Ⅱ) adsorption were investigated. Atomic force microscopy(AFM) was used in the tapping mode to elucidate the morphological changes in bacterial cells following Pb(Ⅱ)binding. The optimal p H and reaction temperature were found to be 6 and 55 ℃. With the increase of biomass concentration the Pb(Ⅱ)adsorption increased. The adsorption process was found to follow the pseudo-second-order equation. AFM analysis revealed that adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ) onto biomass induced substantial modification on cell surfaces.
