黑龙江省奶牛养殖组织化程度分析

摘  要：
黑龙江省是畜牧大省,奶业已成为畜牧业乃至整个农业经济的标志性产业。近年来,奶产品质量问题频发,使得奶源基地建设逐渐成为关注的焦点,研究对黑龙江省奶源基地建设进行了调研。结果表明:奶牛养殖组织化程度与奶牛养殖效益之间存在密切的关系,而目前对于散户、小区、养殖场三种模式没有清晰的界定标准,这对于养殖模式的准确定位及其相应政策措施的制定造成了障碍。文章结合实地调研,利用主成分分析法,建立了黑龙江省奶牛养殖组织化程度综合评价指数,并对散户、小区、养殖场三种养殖模式进行了比较分析,针对每种模式的组织化程度提出了相应的对策、建议。

摘  要：
Heilongjiang Province is a big animal husbandry province,the cow breeding has become the iconic industry in its animal husbandry and the entire agricultural economy. In recent years,frequent quality problems of milk products make the construction of milk source base become the focus of attention. The construction of milk source base in Heilongjiang Province was investigated,and the results showed that there was a close relationship between the organizational degree of cow breeding and the breeding efficiency. But there was not a clear definition of standards between individuals,breeding village and breeding farm,which created the obstacles for the accurate positioning of breeding mode and the making of breeding policy. Therefore,by combining field research,this paper uses principal component analysis to establish a comprehensive evaluation index of dairy cattle breeding in Heilongjiang Province,and carries out a comparative analysis for the three breeding modes including individuals,breeding village and breeding farm,putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for organizational degree of each mode.
