运用博弈理论,研究在低碳经济下政府监管和实施"碳关税"对出口企业环境成本策略的影响。研究结果表明,政府的有效监管,能促使企业自觉选择低碳决策,从而实现环境保护与企业利润的双赢。

摘  要：
A game theory is used for low-carbon economy,the effect of government's regulation to the decision of enterprises on environmental costs. The cost-decision is studied by game theory and North's externality theory so as to compare the different results of cost-decision for enterprises under the conditions of high-carbon and low carbon economy,analyze the influence when developed countries implement a "carbon tariff" to export enterprises. Government's effective regulation can lead enterprises to choose low-carbon model and reach the aim of environmental protection and corporate profits.
