江西道地药材车前中氮磷钾的积累转运规律研究

摘  要:
分别用凯氏定氮法、钒钼黄比色法和火焰分光光度法测定车前不同生育期及各器官中N、P、K的含量。结果表明:车前植株中N、P、K含量为K>N>P;整个生育期间,根系吸收的氮首先在叶片中积累,然后逐渐转移到穗和种子中;而钾首先送往叶柄,当穗尚未形成时,在根系中积累,而后再转移至其它器官;P在种子形成前转移率不高,随着种子的形成而大量积累。说明不同生育期车前植株各器官中N、P、K的转移规律不同。

摘  要:
To explore the rules of accumulation and transfer of nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P) and potassium(K) in Plantago asiatica L. at different growth stages,supply the references for reasonable fertilization in GAP. The content of N, P and K were analyzed by using Kjeldahl ,Vanadium-Molybdenum-Yellow colorimetry and flame spectrophotometric methods respectively. The results showed that the order of the content of K, N and P in the total plant was K>N>P, during the whole growth stages, the N absorbed by root accumulated in leaf firstly, then transferred to spikes and seeds gradually. While K fransferred to leafstalks at first, accumulated in the root before the spike development, then transported to other organs. The transferred ratio of P was lower before the seed formed, and it accumulated in seeds largely at last. The rules of accumulation and transfer of N, P and K were different in developing periods and plant organs.
