水禽产业市场演变趋势、问题及发展策略

摘  要：
近年来,我国水禽产业发展迅速,前景广阔,潜力巨大.在此过程中,水禽产业市场中也暴露出了诸多问题,特别是供需矛盾问题,表现出结构性、季节性过剩和价格波动的现象等等.本文基于国家水禽产业体系团队对国内22个水禽主产省(市、区)的调研考察,在生产上,针对肉鸭、蛋鸭、肉鹅三类水禽的产量、产值等指标数据,分析各省、各区域、全国范围内的水禽生产布局及变动趋势;在消费上,选取样本城市,通过问卷调查的方式,获取居民的禽肉消费结构等相关数据,分析猪肉、牛肉、羊肉、鸡肉、鱼肉与禽肉之间的替代或互补关系.并以此为根据,寻找水禽产业在生产、消费上发展相矛盾和不均衡的地方,最后,分别从政府、企业两个层面提出针对性的建议,促进水禽产业的转型升级发展.

摘  要：
In recent years, China′s waterfowl industry has developed rapidly, with broad prospects and huge potential.In this process, the waterfowl industry market are also faced with many problems, especially the contradiction between supply and demand, showing structural, seasonal excess and price fluctuations and so on. Based on the survey of 22 major waterfowl producing provinces(cities and districts) in China by the waterfowl industry system team, this paper analyzed the production layout and change trend of waterfowl in each province, region and the whole country according to the production and output value of three kinds of waterfowls: meat duck, egg duck and meat goose. In terms of consumption, the sample cities were selected and the residents were obtained through questionnaire survey.The consumption structure of poultry and other relevant data were analyzed to reveal the substitution or complementary relationship between pork, beef, mutton, chicken, fish and poultry. And on this basis, found the contradiction and imbalance in the development of waterfowl industry in production and consumption. Finally, put forward targeted suggestions from the government and enterprises to promote the transformation and upgrading of waterfowl industry.
