耐草甘膦转基因玉米研究进展

摘  要:
随着转基因技术的研究和发展,耐草甘膦转基因玉米已经被大面积种植,在未来农业发展中将具有十分广阔的应用前景。粮食安全问题一直以来都是世界关注的重点问题,耐草甘膦转基因玉米的发展是解决粮食安全问题的一个重要途径。对耐草甘膦转基因玉米的安全性、草甘膦对转基因玉米田杂草的防除效果、草甘膦在玉米上的最大残留限量、草甘膦及其代谢物氨甲基磷酸的毒性等进行相关概述,以期为我国转基因玉米的产业化发展提供参考。

摘  要:
With the research and progress in transgenic technology,transgenic glyphosate-tolerant maize had been planted in large areas,and it is expected to would be widely applied adopted in agriculture in the near future. Food security with the development of transgenic glyphosate-tolerant maize is always the focus of great interest in the worldwide. This article gave gives an overview on the safety of glyphosate-tolerant maize,glyphosate weed control efficacy of glyphosate,its maximum residue limit of glyphosate in corn,and about the toxicity of glyphosate and its metabolite aminomethyl phosphonic acid,etc.,providing some reference onconsidering the commercial plantingation of transgenic maize.
