两种山茶属植物化学成分的HPLC-MS分析

摘  要:
采用HPLC-MS技术,对2种山茶属(Camellia Linn.)植物华东山茶(C.japonica)、茶梅(C.sasanqua Thunb)的化学成分进行了研究。通过质荷比及质谱数据,并结合相关文献,推测华东山茶19个色谱峰中的12个峰、茶梅20个色谱峰中的12个峰的成分。结果表明:这两种山茶属植物含有酚酸类、儿茶素类、黄酮醇及糖苷类物质。为科学开发利用山茶及茶梅提供了依据。

摘  要:
The components of Camellia japonica and C. sasanqua Thunb,two species of genus Camellia were studied by HPLC-MS. Comparing the MS spectra with those of reference compounds,12 peaks in the chromatogram of C. japonica and C. sasanqua were identified. The result pointed out that there are phenolic acids,catechins and flavonol glycosides in these two Camellia plants.
