试论我国农业科技的创新主体

文章综述了关于农业科技创新主体的基本观点,并从农业科技创新的特点、发展趋势和我国农业科技企业现状三个角度探讨了我国农业科技创新主体的现实选择,提出以省级农科院为重点构建我国农业科技的创新主体,并从加强院(所)人才资源管理、深化市场导向产业协作、建立全国农业科研协作网等方面提出了建设性措施。

摘  要：
Based on the summary of basic viewpoints on main body of agricultural science & technology innovation,realistic option of the main body of China's agricultural science & technology innovation was analyzed from three perspectives,i.e.,characteristics and developing trends of a-gricultural science & technology innovation,and current status of science & technology enterprises in China.It was pointed out that the construction of main body of China's agricultural science & technology innovation should focus on provincial academy of agricultural sciences.Constructive mea-sures were presented accordingly,that is,strengthening management of human resources in academies and institutes,deepening market orientation and cooperation of enterprises,and constructing a national cooperation network of agricultural science & technology.
