防控马铃薯晚疫病烟雾剂的筛选及田间防控效果分析

摘  要:
为筛选出对马铃薯晚疫病具有高效防治作用的烟雾剂,采用药剂室内毒力测定和田间药效试验方法,研究了9种烟雾剂防治效果。结果表明烯酰吗啉、氟吗啉、百菌清、醚菌酯、甲霜灵、霜脲氰、霜霉威、乙磷铝对致病疫霉菌丝生长均有较强的抑制作用,EC_(50)分别为0.2961、0.352、0.946、1.2222、2.9068、3.4977、7.2975和10.2649 mg/L;田间药效试验发现烯酰吗啉、氟吗啉重烟雾剂对带菌种薯晚疫病有较好的防效,病株率分别为3.83%和4.83%。研究表明烯酰吗啉和氟吗啉作为烟雾剂的原药,是防治马铃薯晚疫病较好的药剂。

摘  要:
In order to screen better aerosols against Phytophthora infestans. 9 aerosols agents were ested on the toxicity determination in laboratory and field.. The results showed that eight fungicides showed strong bacteriostatic activity against Phytophthora infestans,the EC_(50) value was 0. 2961,0. 352,0. 946,1. 2222,2. 9068,3. 4977,7. 2975 and 10. 2649 mg/L,respectively. In addition,the dimethomorph,flumorph,chlorothalonil in the aerosol were applied in fields. The dimethomorph and flumorph in the aerosol showed better control effects on seed potatoes with Phytophthora infestans,the rate of diseased plant was 3. 83% and 4. 83%. The result showed dimethomorph and flumorph in the aerosol were best fungicides against Phytophthora infestans.
