QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定麦田环境中的磺酰胺类残留

摘  要:
建立了同时测定麦田环境中三种磺酰胺类除草剂残留的改进QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。样品经乙腈振荡提取,小麦籽粒和小麦植株以石墨化碳黑(graphitized carbon black,GCB)对提取液进行净化处理、土壤样品采用乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷(primary secondary amine,PSA),UPLC-MS/MS外标法检测定量。结果表明,唑嘧磺草胺、双氟磺草胺和五氟磺草胺在0.01~1 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)分别为0.9998、0.9997和0.9997,检出限均为0.01 mg/L。小麦籽粒、小麦植株和土壤中的三种磺酰胺类除草剂的平均加标回收率为85.9%~105.5%,相对标准偏差(RSDs)不大于9.8%。方法简便、快速,能够满足麦田环境中上述3种磺酰胺农药残留同时检测的需要。

摘  要:
The method for simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides herbicides in the environment of wheat field by improved QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS was established.Residues in wheat grain,wheat plant and soil samples were extracted by acetonitrile,the wheat grain and wheat plant extracts were purified by GCB( graphitized carbon black),and the soil extracts were purified by PSA( primary secondary amine). The residues were determined by UPLC-MS/MS.The results showed the linear rang of flumetsulam,florasulam and penoxsulam was 0.01 ~ 1 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9998,0.9997 and 0.9997 respectively. The recoveries of flumetsulam,florasulam and penoxsulam were in the rang of 85.9% ~105.5%,with relative standard deviations( RSD) less than 9.8%.This method is easy,quick,and can meet the requirements for simultaneous residue determination of flumetsulam,florasulam and penoxsulam in wheat,plant and soil.
