NAG含量测定中常见的3种DNS试剂使用效果比较研究

摘  要:
以乙酰氨基葡萄糖(N-acetylglucosamine,NAG)为还原糖,用常见的3种DNS试剂测定还原糖的含量,比较其准确度和灵敏度。结果表明,虽然它们标准曲线的斜率及R2不同,但3种DNS试剂对NAG测定效果均良好,且以DNS3试剂效果最佳,灵敏度和准确度最好。

摘  要:
NAG (N-acetylglucosamine) as reduced sugar was determined by three common DNS reagents reported in chitin and chitosan determinations, and the accuracy and sensitivity of these reagents were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the NAG was effectively determined by all three DNS reagents although the slopes of the standard curve and R2 varied. The DNS reagent 3 was found the best in determination with the highest sensitivity and accuracy.
