神经网络在柱塞泵故障诊断中的应用

摘  要:
神经网络算法在解决多参非线性问题中表现出极强的自适应能力,运用到泵故障检测上能找到故障特征值与对应故障之间的关系。把柱塞泵故障特征值作为BP神经网络的输入量,柱塞泵的故障特征作为输出量,并选择3层BP神经网络,其中隐含层包含10个中间节点。从仿真结果可看出所建立的BP神经网络模型能很好地诊断柱塞泵的故障类型,对柱塞泵维护有重要的意义。

摘  要:
As the neural network algorithm shows a strong adaptive ability in dealing with the problem of multi-parameter nonlinear, it is easy to find the fault characteristic value and the corresponding relations between the faults. The model used the fault characteristic value as the input of BP neural network,the fault of pump station as the output, and the three layers BP network was selected which contains 10 intermediate nodes in the implicit layer. From the simulation results, the established BP model can well predict the fault type of the pumping stations, which has great significance for enterprise equipment maintenance.
