大量研究表明,免疫调节剂β-1,3-D-葡聚糖具有调节动物免疫机能、抵抗感染和应激、促进动物健康等作用。本文主要就免疫调节剂β-1,3-D-葡聚糖的结构特点、免疫调节作用及其免疫调节机制进行初步探讨。

摘 要：
β-1,3-D-glucan have been studied extensively as a new feed additive in the past years.Many research reports over past 30 years have demonstrated that immunoregulator may regulate bidirectionally immune system,enhance defence against bacterical challenge,increase resistence to stress,improve animal health and so on.This article reviewed the structural features,immunoregulatory function of β-1,3-glucan,and its action mechanism.Meanwhile,unclear problems about β-1,3-glucan are preliminary inquired.
