基于形态学性状的木槿属系统发育分类研究

摘  要:
基于38个形态学性状,对木槿属植物26个种和14个变种(变型)进行了分支系统发育分析,以确定木槿属种间分类的重要性状,建立系统发育关系。利用paup4.0a4b软件最大简约法分析共得到40个同等简约分支树,树长为167。50%多数规则一致树分支结果表明:木槿属植物分为2类6组。植物的生活习性作为一级分类标准,叶形及花色作为二级分类标准,托叶形态及小苞片形态可以作为三级分类标准,此外在草本植物中茎具刺与否也是较为重要的分类性状。

摘  要:
The phylogeny of 26species and 14varieties(including forms)in Hibiscus was analyzed with the maximum parsimony based on 38morphological characters,so as to determine the important characters for plant classification.The results showed that the Hibiscus comprised six groups in two types;the first classification standard was life habit of plants,the second was leaf shape and flower color,the third was stipule form and bracteole form,moreover the stem of herbaceous plants with thorns or not was also more important taxonomic character.
