摘  要:
核桃无性繁殖困难一直是困扰核桃快繁发展的突出问题之一,而组培过程中污染的发生及植物组织的褐变更是其主要影响因素。分析造成污染和褐化的原因,并总结前人在实践过程中的经验,为今后的科研工作提供经验参考。

摘  要:
The difficulty of vegetative propagation of walnut has been one of the outstanding problems in the rapid development of walnut.In the process of tissue culture,the occurrence of contamination and the browning of plant tissues are the main influencing factors.The purpose of this paper was to analyze the causes of contamination and browning,and summarize the experience of the previous in the process of practice,and provide empirical reference for future research work.
