亚种间杂交稻籽粒充实动态及生理研究

摘  要:
木文比较了常规稻特青、品种间杂交稻W6154S/特青和亚种间杂交稻W6154S/培矮64、特青/DT的强弱势粒充实情况,以及充实过程中呼吸速率、ATP含量、磷酸化酶活性动态,以探讨亚种间杂交稻籽粒充实低的原因。结果表明:亚种间杂交稻弱势粒在开花初期存在着较长时间的“滞缓期”,其呼吸速率、ATP含量及磷酸化酶活性等生理活性维持在一个极低的水平,从而表现出灌浆启动慢,灌浆高峰推迟,最终导致空秕粒多,充实度低。

摘  要:
In the paper the dynamic state of grain filling of Te-Qing,W6154S/Te-Qing, W6154S/Pei-Ai64 and Te.Qing/DT as their breath rate, ATP content and phosphory lase activety are compared so as to study the reason why the grain filling of subspecific hybrid rice is a poor.The results have showed that the worse,filling grains of subspecific hybrid rice have a quite long"stagnant" stage: durine the ini- tial flowering, and that time their,breath rate, ATP content and phosphory lase activity remain at a very low level Thus, it starts filling,slowly, and the filling peak is to be postponed which leads to formation of a lot of empty grains
