利用竹浆粕制备高品质羧甲基纤维素研究

摘 要:
以竹浆粕为原料,采用淤浆法制备羧甲基纤维素(CMC),研究不同NaOH浓度、NaOH用量、醚化剂氯乙酸用量、醚化温度对CMC粘度、取代度及其分布的影响。结果表明:以竹浆粕作为原料,可制得高粘度、高取代度的CMC产品,其工艺条件为:竹浆粕:NaOH:氯乙酸=1.0:1.4:2.3(质量比),以含水率10%的乙醇为反应介质,碱化温度25℃,碱化1 h,醚化温度60℃,醚化2 h;纤维素链葡萄糖基C2和C6位取代度均匀时,CMC粘度高。

摘 要:
Bamboo(Neosinocalamus affinis) pulp was used as raw material for preparation of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) by slurry polymerization with NaOH and monochloroacetic acid in ethanol/water medium. The reaction was performed under various concentration and amount of sodium hydroxide, and various amount of monochloroacetic acid and etherified time to synthesis high viscosity and high degree of substitution CMC. The viscosity could topped to 2600 mPa?s and the degree of substitution(DS) of 1.42 under the condition of bamboo pulp(g):NaOH(g): monochloroacetic acid(g)=1.0:1.4:2.3. When the DS at C2 and C6 were uniform, the viscosity of CMC was higher.
