田间作业机车工况监测系统设计

摘  要:
为了能够快速、准确地获取田间作业机车的现场数据,设计开发了一种集车辆定位、作业工况监测、作业面积测量和环境信息检测功能与一体的农机信息采集系统,可采用北斗和GPS组合定位方式获取机车的位置及速度等信息,并利用数据传输距离单跳可达10km的XBee PRO无线收发模块进行组网。为此,设计并优化了硬件系统结构,使用C语言编写了相应的驱动程序。上位机软件采用C#语言进行编写,通过无线收发模块与硬件系统进行远程通信,获取田间作业机车的作业工况和环境温湿度等信息,并且能够对采集的信息进行显示、存储和查询,为田间机车的智能化管理和调度提供了可靠依据。

摘  要:
In order to be able to achieve the data of field locomotives quickly and accurately,an agricultural information collection system was designed which combined vehicle location,operating condition,operating area measurement and detection of environmental information. The position,velocity and other information of locomotives could be achieved by using compass and GPS positioning method. XBee PRO wireless transceiver module which single- hop data transmission distance up to 10 km was used for networking. Hardware architecture was designed and optimized; the corresponding driver was programmed with the C language. PC software was written in C# language,the software read information from hardware wirelessly; the collection of information can be displayed,stored and queried,the system can provide a reliable basis for field locomotives intelligent management and scheduling.
