不同激素配伍和产卵环境对翘嘴红鲌产卵效果的影响

摘要：

于2004年6月,在浙江湖州地区,进行了不同激素配伍和产卵环境对翘嘴红?产卵效果的影响试验,结果表明:在大型孵化环道条件下,使用HCG、LRH-A、DOM3种激素组合的4种配伍的催产激素催产,都可获得排卵和产卵,排卵率为81.9%～100%,催产率为54%～100%,但在早期催产中,HCG+LRH-A+DOM的配伍其排卵率和催产率分别比对照组HCG+LRH-A低29.7%和14.5%。小型孵化环道条件下,亲鱼能排卵,但不能自然产卵。产卵池条件下,亲鱼能获得较高的排卵率和催产率,其值均在97.9%以上。

摘要：

In June 2004,influence of different hormone combination and spawning environments on the spawning effect of Erythroculter ilishaeformis (Bleeker) was evaluated in Huzhou,Zhejiang province. The results showed that in large Hatchery, hormone administration of 4 combination with HCG, LRH-A and DOM can induce the Erythroculter ilishaeformis to ovulate and spawn.The ratios of ovulating and spawning were 81.9 %-100 %and 54 %-100 %respectively.But in the early inducing efforts,the ratios of ovulating and spawning in tested groups administrated with HCG+LRH-A+DOM were 29.7 %and 14.5 %lower than those in control group of HCG+LRH-A. In small hatchery,it was observed that the female brood fish ovulated,but failed to spawn naturally.In spawning tank, the ratios of ovulating and spawning were higher than 97.7 %.
