摘  要:
运用在线净化液相色谱高分辨质谱联用技术,测定茶叶中5种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留。样品采用0.1%乙酸乙腈提取、离心后,提取液经在线净化柱(Cyclone P)净化,以10 mmol/L乙酸铵-乙腈溶液将待测物洗脱至C_(18)柱上,用液相色谱+高分辨质谱检测。结果表明:5种氨基甲酸酯类农药在5~100 ng/mL浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,在茶叶中的加标回收率为86.7%~103.2%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~9.6%。该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确、稳定,适用于茶叶中5种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的测定。

摘  要:
A method was established for determination of 5 carbamate pesticide residues in tea by on-line cleanup liquid chromatography high resolution mass spectrometry. The samples were extracted and centrifuged with acetonitrile. The extract was purified by online column(Cyclone P), and then the target compound was eluted to C_(18) column with 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate-acetonitrile solution for further detection by liquid chromatography high resolution mass spectrometry. The results showed that the method has a good linearity concentration range from 5 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL, average recoveries of the analyses in tea ranged from 86.7% to 103.3%, and the relative standard deviation values are 2.5%-9.6%. The method is simple and rapid, reagent-saving and with high recoveries, sensitivity and good reproducibility, therefore it is suitable for determination of carbamate pesticide residues in tea.
