一例猪蓝耳病病毒与产硫球链菌混合感染的报道

摘 要：
为了确认某养猪合作社仔猪发病的病原,采用PCR检测方法及细菌分离鉴定的方法进行病原鉴定。结果为猪蓝耳病病毒与产硫球链菌混合感染,加大了猪蓝耳病病毒造成的危害。在畜牧兽医上的报道少之又少,属于罕见菌。建议对于此类罕见菌,猪场不必要进行免疫接种,应该在饲养管理上提高重视程度,做好日常消毒工作,同时选择敏感抗生素进行治疗。

摘 要：
In order to confirm the pathogen of piglets in a pig raising cooperative,PCR detection method and bacterial isolation and identification method were used to identify the pathogen. The results showed that there was a mixed infection ofGlobicatella sulfidifaciensand porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus. There are very few reports in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,and they are rare bacteria. It is suggested that immunization should not be carried out in pig farms,attention should be paid to feeding and management,daily disinfection should be done well,and sensitive antibiotics should be selected for treatment.
