摘  要:
本试验旨在研究黑水虻虫粉对生长猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,探索猪粪饲养的黑水虻虫粉替代豆粕的可行性。试验选取48头初始重为(33.00±1.00)kg的70日龄健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交生长猪,随机分为2组,每组12个重复,每个重复2头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂含25‰黑水虻虫粉的试验饲粮。试验期30 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组生长猪平均日增重(ADG)、平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)均没有显著变化(P>0.05);试验组生长猪血清白蛋白(ALB)含量极显著增加(P<0.01),血清白球比(A/G)显著增加(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量显著增加(P<0.05)。综上所述,本试验条件下,饲粮中添加25‰黑水虻虫粉不影响生长猪的生长性能,可以替代生长猪基础饲粮中的部分豆粕。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of black soldier fly meal on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of growing pigs,to explore the feasibility of soybean meal was replaced by black soldier fly meal from pig manure breeding. Forty-eight healthy 70-day-old "Duroc × Landrace × Large White"hybrid growing pigs with the initial body weight of( 33.00±1.00) kg were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 12 replicates in each group and 2 pigs in each replicate. Pigs in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in the trial group were fed the experimental diet which contained 25‰ black soldier fly meal. The experiment lasted for 30 days. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group,the average daily gain( ADG),average daily feed intake( ADFI) and feed to gain ratio( F/G) of growing pigs in the trial group showed no significant difference( P>0.05); the serum albumin( ALB) content of growing pigs in the trial group was significantly increased( P<0.01),the serum albumin to globulin ratio( A/G) was significantly increased( P<0.05),and the serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C)content was significantly increased( P<0.05). In summary,under the condition of this experiment,diet supplemented with 25‰ black soldier fly meal do not affect the growth performance of growing pigs,it can replace some soybean meal in the basal diet of growing pigs.
