金银花提取物在围产期奶牛氧化应激及炎症中的应用前景

摘  要：
围产期奶牛由于能量需求增加但干物质采食量减少会导致代谢和生理的改变,从而引发能量负平衡、氧化应激和炎症反应。氧化应激是机体炎症和免疫抑制的重要原因,可能会增加一系列围产期疾病的发病率。因此,加强围产期奶牛健康管理,对保证奶牛健康和发挥奶牛泌乳性能十分必要。以往研究显示,金银花提取物作为一种天然植物提取物,兼有药用和营养双重功效,且具有多种生理生化活性,如抗炎、抗氧化等。然而,目前金银花提取物在围产期奶牛上的应用还未见报道。因此,本文从围产期奶牛的氧化应激、炎症反应、免疫抑制以及金银花提取物在这些生理方面的作用进行了综述,以期为进一步探究金银花提取物在围产期奶牛上的作用效果提供参考。

摘  要：
During the perinatal period,the decreased dry matter intake and increased energy demand may induce some changes in metabolism and physiology,which leads to negative energy balance,oxidative stress and inflammatory reactions.Oxidative stress is an important cause of inflammation and immunosuppression and may increase the incidence of perinatal diseases.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the safety management of dairy cows in the perinatal period to ensure the health and production performance of the dairy cows.Previous studies have shown that as a natural plant,honeysuckle extract has both medicinal and nutritive effects,and has many physiological and biochemical activities,such as anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation,etc.However,the application of honeysuckle extract to perinatal cows has not been reported yet.Therefore,this article summarized oxidative stress,inflammatory response,immunosuppression in perinatal dairy cows,and physiological and biochemical effects of using honeysuckle extract,which provided the reference for the further research of action effect of honeysuckle extract on perinatal cows.
