RP-HPLC法测定榛叶中紫杉醇的研究

摘 要:
本研究首次确立了榛叶中紫杉醇的测定方法。采用甲醇粗提、氯仿沉淀、液液萃取、氧化铝柱层析进行提取和纯化,后经高效液相色谱仪进行定性、定量分析。该方法步骤简单,重现性好,为以榛叶为原料开发抗肿瘤保健食品或药品提供了方法依据。

摘 要:
This paper firstly establish a new quantitative method of taxol in leaf of hazelnut by HPLC.The sample was separated by methanol and purified by precipitation with chloroform、LLE、neutral AL2O3 column,then analyzed by HPLC.This method was so convenient and rapid and repeatabl.Therefore,it could be a good method for the development of anti-tumor food or drug based on leaf of hazelnut.
