摘 要:
利用根尖染色体计数、人工授粉试验以及流式细胞仪检测等方法,确定朝鲜蒲公英为四倍体,人工授粉试验表明朝鲜蒲公英生殖系统为兼性无融合生殖类型,无融合发生率为50%左右;流式细胞仪检测结果表明种子细胞内存在3种倍性水平2C∶3C∶4C。四倍体朝鲜蒲公英为兼性无融合生殖类型,胚乳自主发育。

摘 要:
Counting root tip chromosome numbers,artificial pollination experiments and flow cytometry,etc. were used to confirm that Taraxacum coreanum Nakai was tetraploid. Artificial pollination experiments showed that Taraxacum coreanum reproductive type was facultative apomixes, and apomixes rate was around 50%.The result of testing by flow cytometer showed that the ratio of seed cell ploidy level was 2C∶3C∶4C.The reproductive type of tetraploid T. coreanum was facultative apomixes with independent endosperm development.
