摘要：

高校中学校、学院、系的直线职能式组织架构由来已久,但学校与学院的关系一直没有理顺。拟通过中国知网,综合运用计量法、文献研究法对国内校院两级管理研究的学术文献进行梳理,以期对高校开展校院两级管理体制改革、完善现代大学制度建设提供借鉴。

摘要：

There has been a long history of linear functional organizational structure in universities,colleges and departments,but the relationship between universities and colleges has not been straightened out. This paper intends to comb the academic literature of the two-level management research of Chinese universities by comprehensive use of metrology and literature research,in order to provide a reference for colleges and universities to carry out the reform of the two-level management system of colleges and universities and perfect the construction of modern university systems.
