通过表面振动测量确定柴油机的噪声源分布

摘  要:
通过台架试验测量了不同工况下柴油机各主要部件的表面振动信号,计算得到了它们各自的辐射噪声频谱,以及在整机噪声中所占的比例,从而得到各噪声源的排序。分析了噪声频谱特性及产生噪声的相关原因。经与九点声压法测量得到的整机噪声结果时比,表明表面振动法识别柴油机噪声源是准确可靠的。

摘  要:
The vibration of major parts of a diesel engine were measured by a series bench test, consequently, their radiating noise level in frequency domain as well as their contributions to the integrated engine's noise were both calculated.The calculated engine's sound power level shows a good fitness to the result obtained by measuring the nine point sound pressure in a semi-anechoic room. Analyzing the sound characteristics of each part in frequency domain,it will be a guidance to the resolution in attenuating the engine's noise level.
