摘  要:
为探究锌指蛋白基因ZmLSD1的功能,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术分析在干旱、盐、低温、高温、脱落酸和水杨酸胁迫下根、胚芽鞘、叶部位中ZmLSD1基因的转录表达。结果表明,根中ZmLSD1基因在干旱、盐、高温、低温和脱落酸处理下表达量上升,水杨酸处理导致该基因的表达量降低;在胚芽鞘中,该基因受干旱、盐、脱落酸和水杨酸诱导上调表达,而高温和低温胁迫下基因呈现下调表达;在叶中ZmLSD1基因正向响应干旱、盐和脱落酸处理,但低温、高温和水杨酸条件下基因的表达受抑制。锌指蛋白基因ZmLSD1在玉米的干旱、盐、高温和低温等非生物胁迫响应中发挥了重要作用。

摘  要:
To study the function of the zinc finger protein gene ZmLSD1, real-time quantitative PCR was used to analyze the expression characteristics of ZmLSD1 in roots, coleoptiles and leaves under drought, salt, abscisic acid, salicylic acid, cold and heat treatments. The results show that ZmLSD1 was up-regulated in roots under drought, salt, heat, cold and ABA treatments, but the expression of this gene was decrease under SA treatment. In coleoptiles, ZmLSD1 was up-regulated under drought, salt, ABA and SA treatments, while ZmLSD1 was down-regulated under heat and cold stress. In leaves, the expression of ZmLSD1 was increase under drought, salt and ABA treatments, but the gene expression was suppressed under cold, heat, and SA treatments. The results indicate that ZmLSD1 may play an important role in abiotic stress responses such as drought, salt, heat and cold.
