武汉红菜苔(Brassica Parachinensis)为十字花科芸苔属的一个变种。它是一种食味鲜美、冬季上市供应的蔬菜,经济价值高,生产收益大。

摘  要:
A linear virus was isolated from diseased Brassica parachinensis Bailey(Hongchaitai) showing symptoms of Vesicular crinkling, necrotic spots andmosaie on the leaves. The disease stunted the growth of the whole plant. The process of purification included chloroformn-butyl alcohol extraction,polyethylene glycol precipitation and differential centrifugation at 3000-8000rpm. Under the electron microscope, the virus showed the typical virus struct-ure. It was 1,000 nm long in average. It was noticed that the size of this vir-us is different from that of other crucifer Viruses.
