The article combined the development opportunities of Wanjiang area,put forward a set of techni-cal"Research for industrial land regulation and controlling technology based on stocking land potential dig-ging",covered from the building of foundation database,to the intensive evaluation for industrial land,andthen to the tapping latent regulation for stock of land. Adding to supply a new method for industrial landintensive evaluation of Wanjiang area,promote intensive development of land using.
