介绍了国际化背景下构建广东农垦经济"核心竞争力"的必要性,分析了其存在的比较优势和比较劣势。提出了其路径选择,即营造培养创新人才的文化氛围、孕育在改革中求发展的动态变革思路、坚定走现代大农业循环经济发展之路、树立起走向国际化战略的坚定决心。

摘  要：
The necessity of construction of 'core competence' of state-run farms economy of Gunagdong in the international background was described, and its comparative advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The path of state-run farms economy in Gunagdong was proposed which was to create a culture of cultivating innovative talents, nurture the development of the dynamic of reform ideas in the reform, firmly take in the road of modern circular economy of large-scale farming, and establish a firm commitment in the international strategy.
