振动作用下丸化冰草种子表面力学性能及丸粒活性研究

摘  要:
本文针对现有冰草种子丸化机存在的丸化品质及丸粒活性较差等问题,采用大豆粉(SF)与硅藻土(DE)的混合物作为生物刺激剂,对丸化冰草种子的表面力学性能及丸粒活性进行试验研究,并在此基础上开展有振动、无振动作用与不同材料配比下的丸化种子的发芽、生长试验研究。试验结果表明,丸化材料配方为SF∶DE(30∶70)时,有振动比无振动作用下的丸化种子单籽抗压强度高4.4 N,且方差分析结果均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);随着混合物中大豆粉的比例从30%增加到50%,丸化种子发芽率下降且活性降低,当丸化材料配方为SF:DE(30∶70)时,有振动、无振动作用下的丸化种子活力指数分别为15.4和14.7,方差分析结果存在显著性差异(P<0.05),此时的丸化种子活性最优,该配方为振动作用下丸化冰草种子的最佳配方。

摘  要:
Aiming at the problems of poor pelleting quality and vigor caused by the existing Agropyron seed pelleting machine,a mixture of soy flour(SF)and diatomite(DE)was used as the biostimulant to study the surface mechanical properties and pellet vigor of Agropyron seeds. Besides,the germination and growth test of pelleted seeds with and without vibration were conducted under different material ratios. The results showed that when the pelletized formula was SF:DE(30:70),the compressive strength of the single pelletized seed with vibration was 4. 4 N higher than that without vibration,and the variance analysis results were significantly different(P<0. 05). In addition,as the proportion of SF increased from 30% to 50%,the germination rate and vigor of the pelleted seeds decreased. When the pelletized material formula was SF:DE(30:70),the vigor indexes of the pelleted seeds with and without vibration were 15. 4 and 14. 7,respectively. There were significant differences found in the variance analysis results(P<0. 05). At this time,the pelletized seeds had the best vigor,and the formula was the best one.
