摘  要：
加快农业转型升级和发展方式转变是贯彻落实科学发展观的根本要求,是实现农业现代化的必然选择。基于嘉兴市经济发展的现状和转型升级的战略背景,深入分析新时期现代农业发展的有利条件和主要制约因素问题,提出了嘉兴市加快农业转型升级和发展方式转变的总体思路与对策建议,以期为其他地区提供可借鉴的经验。

摘  要：
Accelerating the transition and upgrading of agriculture as well as transforming agricultural development mode was not only a fundamental requirement of implementing the scientific concept of development,but also a inevitable choice to realize agricultural modernization.Based on the status quo of economic development and transformation and upgrading of strategic background in Jiaxing City,the advantages and the main restriction factors of modern agriculture development in the new period were analyzed and a frame-work guideline,together with countermeasures and suggestions were suggested related to accelerating agricultural transition and upgrading as well as transforming the development mode in Jiaxing City,in order to provide experience for other areas.
