生物有机肥对旱柳各器官矿质元素含量的影响

摘  要:
试验详细研究了不同施肥处理对旱柳各器官内矿质元素含量的影响规律,以期为旱柳育苗中科学合理施肥提供理论依据.试验在田间条件下,设置不施肥(T1,对照)、化肥(T2)、猪粪(T3)、生物有机肥(T4)4个处理,3次重复.结果 表明:T4处理的根茎枝叶锌含量比对照提高了1.68mg/kg、2.74mg/kg、2.55mg/kg、5.68mg/kg,锰含量提高了0.47mg/kg、2.59mg/kg、2.11 mg/kg、5.78mg/kg,钾含量提高了4.27mg/kg、8.92mg/kg、5.04mg/kg、4.93mg/kg,磷含量提高了0.22mg/kg、0.65mg/kg、0.35mg/kg、0.50mg/kg,氮含量提高了3.65mg/kg、3.00mg/kg、3.20mg/kg、3.50mg/kg,差异显著.综合分析认为,T4对改善旱柳营养状况效果最佳.

摘  要:
The test was studied effects of different fertilization treatments on mineral element contents in organs of Salix matsudana Koidz, and then it want to providing theoretical basis for scientific and rational fertilization which in seedling. The test was under field conditions, and set 4 treatment as no fertilization(T1, control), chemical fertilizer(T2), pig manure(T3), bio-organic fertilizer(T4),repeat 3 times. The results show that: the T4 treatment which in toots, stems, branches and leaves that zinc content was higher than control as 1.68 mg/kg,2.74 mg/kg,2.55 mg/kg,5.68 mg/kg, manganese content increased as 0.47 mg/kg,2.59 mg/kg,2.11 mg/kg,5.78 mg/kg,potassium content increased as 4.27 mg/kg,8.92 mg/kg,5.04 mg/kg,4.93 mg/kg, phosphorus content increased as 0.22 mg/kg, 0.65 mg/kg,0.35 mg/kg,0.50 mg/kg, nitrogen content increased as 3.65 mg/kg,3.00 mg/kg, 3.20 mg/kg,3.50 mg/kg, and then it was have significant difference. comprehensive analysis showed that T4 had the best effect on improving the nutritional status of Salix matsudana Koidz.
