6种中药对鲫非特异性免疫效果的影响

摘  要:
将白芍(Radix Paeoniae Alba),五味子(Fructus Schisandrae),党参(Radix Codonopsis),刺五加(Radix Acan-thopanacis Senticosi),黄芪(Radix Astragali),鱼腥草(Herba Houttuyniae)的醇提取物用生理盐水配成浓度2%的溶液,胸腔注射鲫(Carassius auratus)连续5 d,每次0.2 mL,探讨了6种中药对鲫鱼非特异性免疫效果的影响。结果显示:中药组鲫白细胞吞噬活性明显地高于空白组(P<0.05),几种中药组吞噬活性的高低顺序依次为刺五加、黄芪、党参、五味子、白芍、鱼腥草、空白组。血清溶菌酶和抗菌活力与空白组比较差异显著(P<0.05),其活力高低次序为刺五加、黄芪、鱼腥草、党参。白芍、五味子组溶菌酶活力虽低于空白组,但经统计表明差异不显著(P>0.05)。经嗜水气单胞菌攻毒后各中药组鲫的死亡率均低于空白组。

摘  要:
In order to study the effect of six kinds of Chinese medicines on nonspecific immunity of Carassius auratus,Alcohol-extract of Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Schisandrae,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi,Radix Astragali,Herba Houttuyniae were prepared to be 2% concentrated solution in isotonic Na chloride.Then injected them to C.auratus′s thoracic cavity 5 days successively,0.2 mL each time.The result showed that the phagocytosis activity of C.auratus white cell in blood in Chinese medicine groups were obviously stronger than that in blank group(P<0.05).The order of phagocytosis activity from high to low among six kinds of Chinese medicine groups was R.Acanthopanacis Senticosi,R.Astragali,R.Codonopsis,F.Schisandrae,R.Paeoniae Alba,H.Houttuyniae and blank group.Compared with the blank group,significant discrepancy was observed on lysozyme activity and antibiosis activity of serum(P<0.05).The order from high to low was R.Acanthopanacis Senticosi,R.Astragali,H.Houttuyniae,R.Codonopsis.Although lysozyme activity in R.Paeoniae Alba and F.Schisandrae groups were lower than that in blank group,there was no significant difference between them through statistics analysis(P<0.05).After conteracting toxic,the mortality of Chinese herbal medicine groups was lower than blank group obviously.
