摘 要：
利用住房公积金贷款支持工矿城市棚户区改造,有利于拓宽工矿资源型城市棚户区改造的资金来源,有利于促进房地产市场健康发展。文章通过对利用住房公积金贷款进行棚户区改造这一采煤沉陷区综合治理新模式的研究,对当前的棚户区改造及综合治理如何降低风险提出建议对策。

摘 要：
The use of housing accumulation fund loans to support the transformation of industrial and mining cities in shantytowns will help broaden the sources of funds for shantytowns in industrial and mining resource-based cities, and help to promote the healthy development of the property market. Through the research on the use of housing provident fund loans for the shantytowns of this new mode of coal mining subsidence area comprehensive governance, we put forward some suggestions on how to reduce the risk of the comprehensive management.
