灌区超声波流量计应用研究进展

摘  要:
超声波流量计灌区应用是解决灌区水量定额、定量管理问题的重要途径。【目的】分析超声波流量计分类及特点,重点阐述超声波流量计国内外研究现状与存在问题,提出今后的发展趋势。【方法】采用文献综述的方法,概括了灌区超声波流量计内部流态与结构优化的研究,主要集中于不同物理模型结构设计对流场分布的影响;概括了探头布置与声道最优化研究,表现为声道角、声道数、入水口与探头安装距离对流场相关参数的变化规律;概括了新方法与探头新材料研究,体现于开发数字信息化、精准智能化、调控一体化设备系统及具有灵敏度高、信号衰减小探头设计;概括了硬件及其算法,集中于算法及其电路系统改进,修正来自于液体温度、声波折射信号衰减,电路反应时间延迟等方面的影响。【结果】发达国家已经研发出并应用于灌区的超声波量控一体化系统,建立了科学规范的灌区水资源调配管理制度与规范。【结论】今后,我国应重点研究建立适应国内现阶段不同区域与国情的灌区量水设备设计规范、研发量控一体化装置及其配套设备、水资源多维空间调配的科学管理制度、智慧精准用水决策的计算方法。

摘  要:
The application of ultrasonic flowmeter is an important way to solve the question of quota and ration of irrigation water.【Objective】Analyse the classification and characteristics of ultrasonic flowmeter, elaborate the problems of the domestic and foreign present research situation of ultrasonic flowmeter in this paper, and put forward the development trend in the future.【Method】Acoording to the review of conferences, we summed up the research on flow pattern and structure optimization of ultrasonic flowmeter in irrigation area mainly concentrating on the influence of different physical model structure design on flow field distribution, the arrangement of probe and the optimization of vocal tract shown by the variation of the parameters of the channel, the number of channels, the distance between the inlet, the new method and the new material research of the probe in the development of digital information, precise intelligence, integrated control and equipment system and the design of high sensitivity and small signal attenuation probe, and the hardware and its algorithm focued on the algorithm and its circuit system improvement. The correction was derived from the liquid temperature, acoustic refraction signal attenuation, circuit reaction time delay.【Result】Foreign developed countries developed the ultrasonic control integrated system applied to the irrigation area, and established a scientific and standardized irrigation water allocation management system and norms.【Conclusion】In future, China should focus on the establishment of design specification of water irrigation equipment,research and development of quantity control integrated device and its supporting equipment, scientific management system of water resources allocation in multidimensional space, accurate decision calculation method to adapt to the wisdom of water at this stage in different regions and conditions.
