簧片式异形喷嘴喷头的射程试验研究

摘  要:
针对传统圆形和扇形喷洒域喷头在应用中存在漏喷、超喷与界外喷问题,指出其工作的局限性,并提出解决上述问题的新思路,即加装变喷嘴装置,使其根据来流压力的大小自动调节喷嘴出口面积的大小,进而自动改变射程,能够实现非圆形喷洒域的喷洒。给出一种非圆形喷洒域变量喷头异形喷嘴新结构-簧片式,介绍了其结构特征及工作原理,并测量其射程、流量,试验结果表明簧片式异形喷嘴喷头可以实现非圆形变量喷洒。最后指出其待解决的问题为喷洒的均匀度不高,提出研究变量喷洒喷头的建议。

摘  要:
In order to solve the disadvantages of present circular and sector sprinklers,its limitations were pointed out and a new idea to solve these problems was put forward.The method was adding self-adaptive spray nozzle,which can automatically regulate the area of the spray nozzle by itself according to the change of the flow pressure,consequently regulate the range of sprinkler.So it can achieve irregular boundary area.In this paper,a new kind of non-circular nozzle of variable-rate sprinkler,namely reed type shaped nozzle was developed.The structure and spraying mechanism of a impact sprinkler with reed type shaped nozzle was analyzed.The throw radius and flow rate were tested,the results showed that the sprinkler with new type nozzle could achieve irregular boundary area.It was suggested that the future research should be aimed at improving the spraying uniformity.This research provided suggestions for the design of variable-rate sprinkler.
